DC-5521 Connector Housing

Connector housing for DC-5521 / DC5521 low voltage connectors. I did not like that there is no strain relief when attaching cables to the typical DC-5521 connectors you get on eBay or Amazon, so I designed these housings. I left the area for screws accessable, so you can connect a Multimeter and simply tighten or loosen the screws. The two openings are able to insert standard 1.5mm2 cables with the typical diamanter from 3mm +/-, I used a drill to clean the holes after the print. A heat shrink tube can enable additional strain relief or protection for the connector when required. The housings fit for male and female connectors. They were printed with my Prusa MK4s and the 0,4mm standard nozzle. I used PETG and 100% infill, for me no brim or supports was necessary. When your Slicer is warning, or you run into issues, simply enable it. The dimension from the printed object depends on used Printer, Material and Slicer setting. You need a perfect fit for the optimal clamping, not too much or too less. When the printer output does not fit as required scale x and y in your slicer.
