Sobre este modelo
This 3D-printable, three-part enclosure houses an ESP32-2432S028R board (the "CYD" with a 2.8" resistive touch screen) stacked on an NMTech NM-RF-HAT expansion board (CC1101 433 MHz, nRF24 2.4 GHz, PN532 NFC, RF433 OOK/ASK, IR) for the Cheap Yellow Monster (CYM) firmware — https://github.com/JimGat/CYM (select the board as CYD-2432S028 in the Web Flasher, then enable it under Settings → Hardware Options → NM-RF-HAT → Enable). What fits inside - The CYD in front and the NM-RF-HAT behind it, stacked on the HAT kit's 15 mm brass standoffs (4 × M3 × 7 front screws from the CYD kit, 4 × M3 × 6 back screws from the HAT kit) - A 3.7 V 3000 mAh LiPo between the two boards (up to 10.5 mm thick) - An ATGM336H GPS module and its antenna, in pockets inside the front cover - An RS16 1P5T rotary switch on the front that replaces DIP levers 1–5 (module selection), and an SS12D00G slide switch (power, O / I) that replaces DIP 6 - The CYD's stylus, in a closed channel along the bottom edge with a recessed head and a grip notch
Features - Ø8 mm openings for both SMA antennas (CC1101 left, NRF24 right), the IR transmitter and receiver, the HAT's microSD slot, the HAT's USB-C (CHARGE) and both CYD USB sockets - Front cover tongues close the SMA and IR slots; a 2 mm centering lip locates the cover - Front cover rests on the board edges along both sides of the screen (no pressure on the display); a lip on the left edge of the screen window, narrowing towards the front face, stops light leaking past the side of the screen - Thin back wall over the NFC reading area; knock-out membrane for an optional external Wi-Fi SMA (Ø6.35) - Engraved labels: module names around the rotary knob, model names, port labels and O / I
Printing - Three parts, printed flat, no supports - Case 97.5 × 90.1 × 22.15 mm; front cover 97.5 × 90.1 × 19.4 mm (incl. tongues); knob Ø13 × 9.2 mm - About 60 g of PLA, about 3 h 42 min on one plate (0.16 mm) - Full slicer settings are in the Print Settings below and in the manual
Assembly Full illustrated instructions are in the attached manual (EN / TR / DE, PDF): board and HAT specifications, connector table, parts list, 3D printing, wiring diagram (CYD ↔ HAT cables, GPS → HAT OUT / GNSS, battery → HAT BAT, rotary and slide switch → DIP pads), assembly steps and flashing the firmware. License: CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 — you may print and use the case yourself and share the unmodified files with credit. Selling printed cases or the files, commercial use and publishing modified files are not allowed without permission. The CYM firmware is a separate project with its own license. Revision 2 (16.10.2026): stylus channel fixed (in revision 1 it was closed by a thin wall just inside the mouth), SMA holes enlarged to Ø8 mm, lip added on the left edge of the screen window.
