Sobre este modelo

Description This custom-designed 3D printable ramp helps a Roomba robot vacuum transition smoothly onto its charging dock. Unlike a standard ramp, this design features a recessed underside cutout for max 10 base or the auto mov\vac dock that allows the charging base to fit into the ramp, creating a more seamless transition between the floor and dock. The ramp is designed to accommodate the charging base's existing lip rather than simply resting on top of it. Features - Smooth, gradual incline for easier dock access

- Recessed underside to accommodate the charging base

- Designed to fit around the original dock lip

- Wide ramp for stable robot alignment

- Simple, practical design

- No additional mounting hardware required for the initial design

Dimensions and Fitment - Charging base width: Approximately 8.8 cm

- Charging base rear depth: Approximately 30 cm

- Recess depth: 16 mm

- Dock lip protrusion: Approximately 7 mm

- Ramp width: Designed to match the charging base

Compatibility Designed around measurements taken from a Roomba charging dock used with a Roomba Combo 10 Max. Compatibility with other Roomba models and charging docks has not been verified. Please compare your dock measurements before printing. Recommended Printing Settings - Material: PLA or PETG

- Layer height: 0.20 mm

- Infill: 15–20%

- Walls: 3–4

- Supports: Only if required by your slicer

- Print orientation: Flat on the build plate

Assembly - Print the ramp.

- Position the recessed underside over the matching section of the charging base.

- Ensure the dock lip fills the upper transition area.

- Check that the ramp sits securely and does not interfere with charging contacts.

- Test the robot's docking movement.

Important: This is a custom, independently designed accessory and is not an official iRobot product. Fitment and performance should be tested before regular use.
