Sobre este modelo
A showpiece table lantern built around two of the oldest Croatian ornaments: the pleter (the three-strand interlace carved on early medieval church stones) and the six-petal rosette from Slavic folk art. By day it reads like carved ivory. At night the pattern lights up from inside like a lithophane, because every motif is cut thinner into the wall and lets more light through.
Three parts, no glue:
- Shade (125 x 196 mm): bellied lantern body with 5 relief bands - two rows of 7 rosettes in roundels and three interlace bands, separated by half-round beads. Wall 0.8 mm at the motifs, up to 2.8 mm at the frame, so the pattern glows sharp and bright
- Pedestal base (134 x 48 mm): moulded foot with 8 lancet windows that throw light onto the table, a ring for an LED tea light or LED puck, and a cable channel
- Onion dome cap (114 x 80 mm): 16 melon ribs, an interlace-band skirt and a turned finial blended into the dome in one smooth piece - no visible joint
Twist-lock bayonet: 3 lugs on the shade drop into the base and lock with a 22 degree twist. The dome sits in a V-groove on the shade rim.
Every surface is printable without supports - the relief is limited to 45 degrees and the windows are lancet arches. The relief edges are smoothed so there is no stair-stepping between layers.
