Sobre este modelo
Transform your desktop 3D printing setup into a whisper-quiet workspace with this Ultimate Creality Silent Mod Combo. This comprehensive upgrade package completely redesigns the cooling systems for both your printer and your drybox to eliminate annoying stock fan drone. The Ender 3 V3 SE toolhead shroud is optimized for a high-airflow 4020 hotend fan and a powerful 5015 part-cooling blower. This drastically improves overhang performance and cooling efficiency while dropping decibels. The filament dryer mod adapts a large 7530 blower fan to push massive air volume at ultra-low RPMs, making your drybox virtually unhearable while keeping your filament perfectly dry. 3D Printing Parameters - Technology: FDM
- Recommended Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA (Required for heat resistance near the hotend and inside the dryer)
- Layer Height: 0.2 mm
- 3-4 Perimeters for toolhead mod, 5 Perimeters for dryer mod (because of its heat).
- Supports: Yes . Tree slim from buildplate for setflap . Yes . Standard slim for dryer mod. No for other details.
- Brim: Yes ~ 7.5mm (Ensure your bed is well-leveled)
Assembly & Post-Processing Tip Reuse your original mounting screws where possible. You will need longer M3 bolts to secure the new 4020 24 V , 5015 24 V, and 7530 12 V fans. Make sure all wire solder joints are insulated with heat-shrink tubing, and double-check fan voltage/polarity before powering on your upgraded machines. Details about assembly: For Dryer You will need: - (1) 75mm blower fan, 12V, 300 mA
- (2) M3x10 socket head screws
- (3) M3x6 or M3x8 socket head screws
- The original fan mounting screws (re-used to attach the new mount to the same posts)
There are a few places online that describe how to take apart the Creality Space Pi. It's not easy though… https://wiki.creality.com/en/3d-printer-accessories/replace-dryer-fan
