Clamp On Bolt Handle Knob for Stevens 200 (Savage) Rifles – Description, Installation Notes, and Safety Disclaimer Product Description This clamp on bolt handle knob is designed for the Stevens 200 series of rifles manufactured by Savage Arms. I believe this model rifle is the same as the Savage 10/110 series of rifles and may fit those bolt handles as well. The ball of the bolt handle measures at a maximum diameter of 19.6mm. The knob consists of 3D printed Upper and Lower Halves, one M5 nut embedded and one M5x16mm button head cap bolt, two M2 nuts and two M2x10mm button head cap bolts. Installation Instructions - Initial Fitment Loosely assemble the Upper and Lower Halves onto the bolt handle using the provided screws. Install the bolt into the rifle and rotate the knob to the desired orientation before final tightening.

- Critical Fitment Requirements o Verify that the bolt knob does not obstruct full and proper closure of the bolt handle. o Ensure there is a visible clearance gap between the knob components and the rifle’s stock or optic. o If proper clearance cannot be achieved, consult a qualified gunsmith for fitting.

- Printing Requirements o The Upper Half requires embedded nuts, necessitating a programmed pause during printing. o Both halves require manually added supports at the locations indicated in the reference images. This is approximately at layer 40, an M5 nut is inserted and the print resumes over top of it. o Recommended material: ABS-GF, printed with 5 wall loops and 45% or greater infill. o Fitment is intentionally tight; alternate screw tightening until no gap remains between the halves. o For enhanced grip texture print using Fuzzy Skin settings: o Fuzzy Skin Thickness: 0.5 mm o Point Distance: 0.8 mm o BumpMesh by CNC Kitchen was used to generate the grip surface on the top and bottom surfaces of the bolt knob.

- Restrictions o Do not scale the model. o Do not use on any rifle other than the Savage Series of Stevens 200 Rifles, or Savage 10/110 if the bolt handle appears identical. o Not compatible with left hand Savage Rifles.
