Christmas Ginger Cookie House Ornaments - 3 pack

→ Only one color change. The multicolor setup is very simple too: there’s only one color change during the whole print, so filament waste stays very low compared with a typical multicolor model. That also makes them easy to print without an AMS if you prefer to do the color change manually.

I recently got the AMS Lite and wanted an excuse to properly try a small multicolor print, so apparently that excuse became three tiny gingerbread houses. I started with one, but once I saw the brown and white together I immediately wanted a few different shapes. The set ended up with three houses, each with its own windows, roof and little icing-style details, rather than repeating the same design with small changes.

They’re printed in brown and white to get that classic gingerbread-and-icing look, and I really like how much detail the raised white parts keep despite the ornaments being quite small.

Each house has its own hanging loop, so they’re ready for ribbon or string once they come off the plate. I made them for the Christmas tree, but they could also work as gift tags, garland decorations or small additions to Christmas packages.

All three houses are included in the same file. You can print the complete little set or just pick whichever house you like best. Now that I’ve started making tiny gingerbread buildings, I’m not entirely convinced these will be the last three.
