Christmas Cookie Cutter & Stamp Set - 8 Shapes with Embossers, No Supports

Eight Christmas cookie cutters, each with a matching stamp that presses the details into the dough. The shapes are a tree, a star, a gingerbread man, a bell, a mitten, a stocking, a house and a heart. Cut the cookie, press the stamp, and you get garlands, buttons, windows and smiles without any icing work. One universal knob plugs into every stamp.

The cutters. About 65-89 mm across (the default shape height is 80 mm) and 14 mm tall. The wall is 1.6 mm thick at the flange and tapers to a 0.6 mm cutting edge, so it cuts cleanly and stays stiff. A 3.5 mm wide push flange at the bottom is kind to your hands. Measured on the STL files, flange included:

- tree 74 × 85 mm, star 89 × 85 mm, gingerbread man 77 × 87 mm, bell 74 × 84 mm

- mitten 65 × 81 mm, stocking 65 × 89 mm, house 81 × 89 mm, heart 87 × 80 mm

The stamps. Each stamp is 5.0 mm tall: a 3.6 mm plate with 1.4 mm raised lines (1.8 mm wide). It sits inside its cutter with a 1.6 mm gap all round, so you can stamp the cookie right inside the cutter and the dough cannot slide away. The stamps print with the details facing up, so the lines come out crisp, and the knob socket opens underneath.

The knob. One knob, 18 mm across and 19.2 mm tall, fits all eight stamps: the 6 mm peg goes into the socket with 0.2 mm clearance, and the 18 mm handle clears every cutter wall when you press inside the cutter.

How to use. Cut the dough, leave the cutter on it, drop the stamp inside (details down), plug the knob into the back and press. Lift the cutter, bake.

Fits a normal bed, no supports. Cutters print flange-down, the stamps face up and the knob prints handle-down with the peg up. qc reports no overhang beyond 45° on the cutters and the knob. The only bridge is the 6.3 mm ceiling of each stamp's socket (31.8 mm², under the 10 mm limit). All 17 files fit a 170 × 170 mm bed; on a 250 mm bed all 8 cutters take two plates and the 8 stamps plus the knob fit on one more.

- xmas_cookie_cutters.scad: the parametric source. size runs from 60 to 100 mm; the wall, flange, gap, relief and fit are parameters too (only 80 mm was checked)

SIZE: cutters 65-89 mm wide × 80-89 mm deep × 14 mm tall; stamps 51-73 × 66-76 × 5 mm; knob 18 × 18 × 19.2 mm.

PRINT SETTINGS: PLA or PETG, 0.20 mm layers (0.12 mm for sharper stamps), 3 walls, 20 % infill, no supports. Set the wall generator to Arachne so the thin 0.6 mm edge prints solid, and print the cutters slowly on the outer walls. Cutters flange-down, stamps details-up, knob handle-down, all as in the files. One colour per plate; use any colours you like.

Food contact. Printed plastic has tiny gaps between the layers, so we make no food-safety claim. If you bake with these, use a certified food-safe filament and a stainless-steel nozzle, use the parts for one baking session, wash them by hand in warm water and keep them out of the dishwasher.

Honest notes:

- The images are 3D renders made from the same files you print. This set has not been test-printed yet. Checked numerically on the exported STL files: every file is one closed solid, each stamp fits inside its cutter without touching it, the knob peg fits every socket and there are no steep overhangs.

- The 0.6 mm edge is thin. Print slowly, or it can come out ragged.

- The knob fits with 0.2 mm clearance and is held by its shoulder, so it can stay behind in soft dough: press, then lift the knob straight up.

- The design is original: no licensed characters, no brands.
