I designed this model to solve a simple problem: carrying a chalk block without covering everything inside your gym bag in chalk dust.
The case is designed to fit chalk blocks up to 9 × 9 × 4 cm (90 × 90 × 40 mm) and features a rigid construction to help protect the block during transport. The lid uses integrated hinges and two independent front latches to keep the case securely closed inside your bag.
The interior also has room for a small non-slip mat or liner, helping keep the chalk block in place while making the case easier to clean.
The design is meant to be functional, durable, and fully 3D printable without making a simple chalk box unnecessarily complicated.
Suitable for CrossFit, weightlifting, gymnastics, climbing, and other activities that use block chalk.
