It holds your badge on one side, and it looks cool on the other.
This is designed to be opened a maximum of 30 degrees before the hinge stop prevents it from moving any further.
It has been uploaded as a mostly finished generic 3MF with some key settings applied, for example - most of the writing and intricate details are concentric top surface, whereas the 'sign' part is monotonic line.
The hinge only goes on one way (not reversible) because one side of the card is thicker than the other. you look very closely, the bigger point goes towards the "Wet Floor" sign, whereas the smaller bump goes towards the badge holder side.
Use a filament hinge by inserting raw filament through the holes to complete the badge, and cut it flush with regular flush cutters. Or use 2mm gauge wire if you want something stronger.
Supports not needed. PETG highly recommended.
