Cassette Tape Desk Organizer – Retro Mix Tape Pen Holder with Drawer, Spinning Reels & Swappable Labels

A chunky retro MIX TAPE that keeps your desk tidy. Three pen wells on top, a sliding drawer hidden behind the cassette's trapezoid head area, two tape reels that really spin behind the label window, and swappable SIDE A / SIDE B labels that slide into dovetail slots.

WHAT YOU GET

- Reel_Full.stl + Reel_Low.stl - tape packs with white 6-tooth hubs (optional colour change), spin freely

SIZE

180 x 72 x 116 mm assembled (drawer front adds 3.3 mm). Pen wells 57 x 51 / 56 x 51 / 57 x 51 mm, 89 mm deep. Drawer inner height 14 mm.

PRINTING

- No supports. Every part is a watertight single body with no overhang steeper than 45 degrees: 50-degree sawtooth ceiling in the drawer tunnel, 50-degree roof in the reel recess, teardrop axle holes. Only short bridges on the small drawer head windows (9 and 22 mm).

- Tolerances checked on the assembled parts: labels 0.30 mm in the dovetail (captured, rest on the slot bottom), drawer 0.30 mm per side / 0.50 mm top, reels 0.30 mm radial and axial on the pins.

- 0.2 mm layers, 3 walls, 15 % infill, PLA or PETG. Labels print face up with a filament change at 2.7 mm for the raised text.

- Approx. filament: body 230 g, drawer 30 g, labels 25 g each, reels + pins 10 g.

Original design, no brands or logos. Not test printed yet - if your printer is new, print the label slot area first.
