This has worked well for all my lenses, which are between 58mm and 72mm size lenses. Of course you can use it to hold anything else that fits as well! I've used these for 6 years and they haven't budged. They were printed solid with MatterHackers PRO series PLA (https://bit.ly/PRO-PLA)
No supports required, unless your printer isn't great at bridging.
