- Angled and bend connectors

- Dual sized connectors

⚠️Caution: This model is intended for interior residential use of low voltage insulated cords / cables or cords that will not generate excessive heat.

Accessories Need a junction box, outlet cover, or other accessories for the modular cable channel organizer? Check out the Modular Cable Organization Collection for other related models.

Assembly It's easy to snap the top and bottom parts together, but I've found the even easier option is to slide them together:

- Place cable in the Bottom channel

- Slide the Top channel over the bottom channel - Tip: Offset the top and bottom channel pieces a little to connect consecutive parts. This results in a study and clean mating connection.

Connecting Bends

- Connection bends will snap over the fully assembled raceway channel without needing to perform any additional trimming

Customized Parametric Model There are multiple Models that are able to be Customized using MakerWorld's Parametric Customizer. Width and Height always set the values of the internal channel as follows. The defaults are Width = 12mm and Height = 8mm.

ℹ️Since the customized .3mf downloaded from MakerWorld doesn't contain print profile data, I recommend changing and matching the original print profile values to make the print more efficient and less jittery. Channels and Connectors This allows you to customize the width, height, and length of the standard channels and connectors

You can customize the following parameters using the Parametric Customization Tool:

- Length - of the entire straight raceway channel

- Width - ℹ️ The minimum value supported in the customization tool is 6mm

- Height - ℹ️ The minimum value supported in the customization tool is 6mm

- Screw Holes - When enabled (value = 1) screw holes will be added to the wall side channels

- Screw Hole Diameter - The Diameter of the screw holes when Screw Holes = 1

Angled Connectors This model allows you to define the width, height, and angle of the angled connectors.

Dual Size Connectors This model allows you to have a 2 sized connector to allow for larger parent channels and smaller child offshoots. You can specify the width and height and secondary width. You can then mirror the models in Bambu Studio to achieve your desired orientation.

Revisions & Updates

- 1.8.0 (2026.08.08): Updated top channel tolerances and wall thickness to make disassembly and removal a little easier while maintaining strength and fit to prevent slippage. - Note: All existing pieces should continue to fit (e.g., bends, bottom channels, etc)

- 1.7.2 (2026.07.23): Adds customizable 90deg orientation (twist) change connector
