Buck 110 Slim Select Knife Tray Gridfinity 4x2

A fitted Gridfinity tray for the Buck 110 Slim Select with the deep-carry pocket clip. The knife lies clip side up in a pocket cut to its outline, with a finger hole on each side to lift it out.

Fits

The Buck 110 Slim Select, 4-7/8 in closed, with the glass-filled nylon handle. The handle is the same in every colour: 0110BKS1 black, 0110ODS2 OD green, 0110ORS2 orange, 0110BRS2 tan, 0110GYS2 grey and 0110BLS1 blue. It is not for the classic 110 Folding Hunter with brass bolsters, which has a different shape.

The tray - Gridfinity 4x2, 3 units tall: 167.5 x 83.5 x 21 mm, with a raised rim round the top. - The pocket is 126 x 35 mm and 11 mm deep. The handle sits just below the top and the clip stands a few mm proud. - Two 24 mm finger holes, one each side of the knife. - Magnet pockets in every foot (6.5 x 2.4 mm, standard Gridfinity). - "BUCK 110" raised on the front. A plain version without the lettering is included.

Printing - No supports. - Two colours: body and lettering in filament 1, the top 1 mm and the rim in filament 2. Mine is black with an OD green top to match the knife. Swap the two colours to suit yours. The 3MF files are Bambu Studio projects for the H2D with the colours already assigned. - About 1 h 50 min and 61 g on an H2D with 0.2 mm layers. The plain version is about 1 h 45 min. - One colour: use the STL. - Not sure about the fit? The test-fit ring is a 3 mm outline of the pocket and prints in about 9 minutes. Drop the knife in before you commit to the full tray.
