Sobre este modelo
Introduction Bounceberry X is a dual-material training shoe designed and developed specifically for the Bambu Lab H3C. It has a flexible upper and inner cavity printed in TPU 75A, and a midsole printed in a high-resilience material. This dual-material approach lets a 3D-printed shoe match the performance of professional athletic shoes from leading brands — and the best part is, you can make it at home.
Usage Scenarios ✅👟🚶🏙️ 🏃💥 Suitable for almost any setting: walking or jogging indoors, on city streets, on sports fields, or over gently uneven outdoor terrain, plus long-distance hiking, running and jumping drills, and more.
A unique dual-material print structure The main body of Bounceberry X — the upper, collar, lining, and part of the outsole — is printed in TPU 75A, with different sparse infill patterns, densities, and wall settings in different regions. This is the same strategy used in the H2D era. The H3C goes further: the functional midsole and part of the lateral anti-roll structure can be printed in a higher-rebound, more supportive elastomer. You can also print those parts in a harder TPU, such as TPU 90A or TPU 95A. The shoe gets professional-level athletic performance while staying light and soft. If TPU 90A shoes such as Whaleberry or Bubbleberry have rubbed the skin off your ankles, you already know how much softness matters. Trust me — I learned that the hard way. 🥹
A wide range of colors Bambu Lab TPU 75A comes in up to ten colors, so you can match your outfit. Although this shoe is optimized for TPU 75A, you can still choose TPU 90A or TPU 85A in Bambu Studio for the shoe body and unlock more colors and styles.
Design iterations Before the final Bounceberry X, I went through several rounds of design iteration and sample testing. One early sample even used a separate lace-and-tongue construction. If you would like a laced version released later, leave a comment. I tested different wall thicknesses and midsole insert structures against the properties of TPU 75A and print success rate, and I tested different tread patterns for grip. The version on MakerWorld has been through multiple test rounds and extended wear, walking, and sports use.
Shoe-size scaling Click Customize next to Print button to set your shoe size.Because This model mixes two flexible filaments, including 2.85 mm TPU 75A, plus PLA supports,so the only printer that fully supports it right now is the Bambu Lab H3C. If you pick another printer in Customize, the sizing tool will still export a 3MF, but the preset TPU 75A will switch to TPU 90A, while other filaments stay the same. You will need to open the file in Bambu Studio and adjust the settings before it will print correctly. As the author, I strongly recommend the H3C for the full experience. The uploaded 3MF profile supports the H3C only.
