Sobre este modelo
its the cover for the sunroof motor. for best fitment you will want to heat and bend the end closest to the light assembly to match the curve of the headliner. i just used a gas powered soldering torch with a small heat gun attachment. i also only heated the line i wanted bent. this part will deform if you use pla as the final material. im printing the final part in petg-cf for better heat resistance. i adjusted this specifically for my 1997 m3 sedan the legth of mine from the light to the back of the part is 175mm. original part was made by J99works and is called E36 Sunroof motor cover - Improved i believe that one was around 160-165mm. i also noticed the light assemblies are different in out e36 models so keep that in mind while searching for your part. i also made the side clips about .8mm thicker and the catch is .5mm deeper for a better grip and strength.
