- Do not expose the birdhouse to sunlight! Place it on a tree or under a roof, 3-5 meters above the ground.

- Protect the birdhouse from predators! Any obstacle around the birdhouse might help predators to get inside.

- Clean the birdhouse regularly! Cleaning the inside once a year (after nesting season) significantly reduces the numbers of bird parasites.

- Do not disturb the birds on their nests!

- We suggest making a hardened wall around the birdhouse entrance to protect the nesting birds from woodpeckers.

Always read the local ornithological society instructions before making any birdhouse!

Entrance: 45-50mm (diameter) Bottom: 150x150mm (minimum) Cavity height: 250-300mm (minimum) Note that there are many more types of birdhouses but they’re too large for 3D printing or too special.

Print instructions - Don’t print with bright colors that attract unwanted attention! Orange Prusament might not be the best choice.

- Don’t use toxic filaments! ASA might be UV resistant but it’s not wise to give animals unsafe filaments that contain styrene. Use PETG instead.

- Print with more perimeters Make the birdhouse as solid as possible to protect birds from unwanted predators.

- Use large nozzle to save time 0.8mm nozzle works just fine.

- Neumisťujte budky na přímé slunce! Umístěte je na strom či pod střechu, 3-5 metrů nad zem.

- Chraňte budky před predátory! Jakákoliv překážka v blízkosti budky může predátorům posloužit jako snadný přístup.

- Budky pravidelně čistěte! Čištěním vnitřku budky jednou do roka (mimo hnízdní sezónu) snížíte počet ptačích parazitů.

- Nerušte ptáky při hnízdění!

- Doporučujeme tvorbu zesílené stěny (oplechování) kolem vstupního otvoru, abyste zamezili přístupu strakapoudů.

Vždy se při tvorbě a umístění budky řiďte pokyny lokálního ornitologického spolku!

C: Flycatcher house - lejskovník (lejsci a brhlíci) Upravený typ sýkorníku s oválným otvorem a většími rozměry, sloužící hlavně pro lejsky, brhlíky a rehky. Otvor: 30x45 (50) mm Dno: 140x140mm (minimum) Hloubka dutiny: 180-200mm (minimum) D: Starling house - špačkovník (špačci a mnoho dalších pěvců) Kromě špačka podporuje tato budka hnízdění celé řady dalších pěvců (větší druhy sýkor, strakapoud, lejsci apod.) Otvor: 45-50mm (průměr) Dno: 150x150mm (minimum) Hloubka dutiny: 250-300mm (minimum) Pozn.: Ptačích budek je mnoho typů, zde vyjmenované jsou pouze nejběžnější. Jiné typy budek jsou buď příliš velké pro tisk na našich tiskárnách nebo příliš speciální.

- Nepoužívejte toxické filamenty! ASA sice poskytuje zvýšenou UV odolnost, ale není vhodné předkládat zvířatům materiály obsahující styren. Použijte raději PETG.

- Tiskněte s více perimetry Vyrobte budku co nejpevnější, aby byli ptáci uvnitř chráněni před predátory.

- Použijte trysku s větším průměrem pro úsporu času Modely jsou tisknutelné s 0.8mm tryskou.
