Sobre este modelo

Bins for both levels of the DEWALT ToughSystem 2.0 organizers. I drew them from scratch in Fusion, using the organizer's measurements as the only reference, and test printed each size in my own DWST08040 and DWST08020. They should also fit any other organizer that takes the same cups. There are four bin sizes: - Bottom short: 94 x 82.2 x 50 mm, 9 layouts - Bottom long: 206.55 x 82.2 x 50 mm, 17 layouts - Top short: 87.4 x 99.2 x 41.5 mm, 9 layouts - Top long: 87.4 x 212 x 41.5 mm, 17 layouts

The layouts go from no dividers at all (one open bin, added later as STL files) up to 16 compartments, including mixed ones like one long compartment plus four small ones. The file names describe each layout. Every bin comes in two versions with the same outside dimensions: 1 mm or 2 mm walls, floor and dividers. The 1 mm version is strong enough for everyday use and prints faster with less filament. If you want something really robust, use the 2 mm version. My 2 mm long bottom bin weighs about 140 g. I printed all of mine in Elegoo PETG. The bottom bins follow the shape of the organizer pocket: tapered walls, a chamfer along the bottom and chamfered corners. A 6 x 4 mm channel in the middle of each long wall clears the ridge in the slot. The top bins have straight tapered walls and chamfered corners that narrow toward the floor, matching the top tray. Every edge has a 0.7 mm fillet except the rim. Lids for the top bins: one for the short top bin and one for the long top bin, each in 1 mm and 2 mm. They are useful for small items, like terminals and screws, which otherwise mix between compartments. One lid fits every layout of its size. Short guides along the walls locate it, and the organizer's own lid holds it down. A finger pull on one side lets you lift it out. The lid files are already flipped for printing. Printing: every file is already oriented floor down. I printed them on a Bambu Lab H2D at 0.24 mm layer height. The long bottom bins need supports under the raised section in the middle of the floor, which clears the ridge in the organizer. Their Bambu projects already have supports turned on. The project files have all the bins of one size laid out on plates, with the top 3 mm painted in a second filament for a colored rim. If you print with a single color, just set both filaments to the same one. Not affiliated with DEWALT or Stanley Black & Decker.
