Sobre este modelo
A tidy home for cycling electronics. A 6-port USB charger (Anker A2154, linked below) hides inside the base. Short cables run up through oval cutouts in the tray to each device. A hinged lid closes over everything.
Features - A 15 degree taper on every side, with the corners rounding from R30 at the rim to R8 at the foot. - A two-tone base: a dark foot band and a light body, from one filament change at 8.2 mm. The seam hides in a groove. - A concealed leaf hinge with no hardware. Printed 6 mm pins snap into the base, and the lid opens to about 100 degrees and stays there. - Bays for a Wahoo Elemnt Roam 3, a Bontrager Ion headlight and a Wahoo Trackr radar, plus one open bay. - Two escape ports beside the charger for charging something outside the dock. - About 250 x 184 x 88 mm closed.
What you need - Charger: Anker Desktop Charger, 112W Max, 6 ports, model A2154 (77 x 82 x 33 mm): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CM6WDH6S The fence and ports are sized for this model. For a different charger, change its size in the source (link below). - One USB charging cable per device. The charger ships without USB cables.
Print settings - Tested on a Snapmaker U1 in PETG. PLA works too. - 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layers, 3 walls, 15 % infill. The lid is 249.5 x 184.3 mm, so it needs a bed at least 250 mm across. - Print the hinge test (hinge_test_base and hinge_test_lid) first. It is one hinge station cut from the real parts. The fit test (fit_test_plate and fit_test_peg) checks general clearance. - Base: open side up, supports OFF (otherwise auto supports fill the ports). For two colours, start dark and change filament at 8.2 mm. - Tray: plate down, no supports. - Lid: top face down. Add supports under the leaf pins only if they droop. - dock_plates.3mf is an Orca Slicer project with each part on its own plate.
Assembly Drop the charger into its fence and plug the mains cord in through the end port. Route the cables up through the tray cutouts and set the tray on its ledge. Set the lid on the rim with the leaves over their notches, then press the back edge down until the pins click in.
Different devices or charger? The model is fully parametric (Python, build123d). Edit the device and charger sizes and re-export. Source, tests and instructions: https://github.com/khkimball/bike-charging-dock
