Sobre este modelo
This plate bolts to the back of a Behringer P16-HQ, using the same 3-hole pattern as the P16-M and Behringer's P16-MB bracket. On the other side is a solid 23 mm stub post that fits a Roland-style drum module clamp, so the P16 sits on the drum rack right next to your module. Features - Tested: printed in PLA, bolted to a P16-HQ, and clamped on a PDS-5 stand.
- Plate: 140 × 58 × 6 mm with rounded corners.
- Stub: Ø23 mm, sticking out 74 mm past the plate (80 mm total depth), which leaves room to set the clamp height and angle.
- A curved fillet where the stub meets the plate, for strength.
- 4.3 mm clearance holes for M4 screws.
Hardware - 3 × M4×16 screws (the plate is 6 mm thick).
- A Roland-style drum module clamp on your rack or stand.
Print settings - Orientation: plate flat on the bed, stub pointing up (as provided).
- Supports: none.
- Material: PLA (tested). PETG is fine too and copes better with heat and creep.
- Layer height: 0.2 mm, 0.4 mm nozzle.
- Walls: 6 (the stub carries the clamp load).
- Infill: 15% crosshatch.
- Brim: none needed.
- Result: 46 g of PLA, about 1 h 42 m on a Bambu Lab P1P (0.20mm Standard profile).
Customise it The parametric OpenSCAD source (p16_mount_plate.scad) is included. Change stub_height (overall depth; 40 gives a short stub), stub_d, plate_t or screw_clearance to suit your clamp and printer. License CC BY-NC 4.0. You're free to print, share and remix it with credit, but not to sell prints. Thanks Thanks to Patlach13, whose P16 mic-stand bracket on MakerWorld made it easy to check the P16's hole spacing. Look theirs up if you want a mic-stand mount instead.
