Sobre este modelo
A heavy-duty, all-in-one marine harvesting multi-tool designed for British Columbia recreational crabbing. Built to fit standard 9-inch (228.6 mm) 3D printer beds flat with zero supports, it eliminates tangled trap line while keeping all required DFO shellfish sizing gauges in one rugged piece of gear. ✨ Features - BC Shellfish Gauges (Top Side): Right-aligned stepped calipers for 16.5 cm (6.5") Dungeness and 11.5 cm (4.5") Red Rock Crab, plus a Ø 3.8 cm (1.5") clam ring on the right horn. Just butt the crab carapace against the flush right edge and read the step on the left.
- 100ft Trap Line Caddy (Center): Deep, 74 mm wide spool bays hold 100+ feet of folding-trap cord. Features a Ø 7.5 mm starter knot hole so your line never slips off, and a Ø 56 mm circular center cutout for weight reduction and an easy two-finger winding grip.
- Zig-Zag Cord Lock (Left Side): Two horizontal friction channels allow you to quickly lock your line at any water depth without tying knots.
- Dual Field Ruler & Clip (Bottom Side): Features a 20 cm outer metric ruler, a 7.5-inch inner scale, and an Ø 8 mm carabiner hole to clip to your kayak, PFD, or gear bucket.
🖨 Print Settings - Material: PETG or ASA recommended for saltwater and UV durability (PLA works fine for casual use).
- Layer Height: 0.20 mm with 4–5 perimeters and 25–35% infill.
- Supports: None (100% flat bottom).
- Filament Swap Tip: Add a pause/color change at Z = 6.20 mm (Layer 31) to print the text and ruler markings in high-contrast white or black on an orange body!
