9mm Ammunition Storage Box - BBOX (STL)

A modular 3D-printable storage system for 9mm rounds. One bundle, multiple capacities - print only the size you need, mix and match.

What you get

- Capacity variants in this bundle: 10b, 20a, 20b, 25a, 50a

- Each variant: lower body, upper lid, and inner insert

- Front plate with caliber text in two flavors: color-change and single-color, plus a plain front plate so you can add your own text or logo in your slicer

- 50-round box also includes: Punisher-logo lid and caliber-text lid (each with optional glue-in inserts for single-color printers)

- Sample inserts (standard + XL fit) so you can test tolerance before committing to a full box

10b = 10 rounds (2x5)

20a = 20 rounds (5x4)

20b = 20 rounds (2x10)

25a = 25 rounds (5x5)

50a = 50 rounds (5x10)

Custom lids

Need a custom logo, unit insignia, or text on the lid? Email me. I usually do not charge for custom lids for law enforcement, military, or gun enthusiasts.

Recommended print settings

General: 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill

Body / lid: outer wall 0.7mm, outer wall speed 60mm/s

Insert: 1 wall, 0% infill, 5 top + 5 bottom shells

No brim, raft, or supports required.

Materials

PLA, PLA-CF, PETG, PETG-CF, ABS, or CF for body and lid.

PLA, PETG, or TPU for the inner insert.
