If any Photoshop wizards can improve on my attempt then please feel free to share their results with everyone else.
I have included correctly scaled label PDF templates, one which is blank and one which says 'Awesome Mix Vol. 1'.
If you print the model at 200% then you will also need to scale the label to 200% etc..
