Sobre este modelo
A 1920s skyscraper in lamp form. The tall shade is wrapped in four bands of the classic Art Deco sunburst fan, separated by half-round beads, and crowned with a stepped ziggurat roof and a slim spire - the silhouette of the Chrysler and Empire State era. In daylight it looks like carved plaster. When the LED is on, each fan is cut thinner into the wall and glows like a lithophane, so the whole tower lights up in a crisp geometric pattern.
Three parts, no glue:
- Shade (106 x 200 mm): slightly tapered tower, 4 fan bands (7 to 14 fans per row), 0.8 mm wall at the motifs and up to 2.8 mm at the frame
- Stepped base (127 x 46 mm): three-step ziggurat foot with 12 lancet windows that throw light on the table, a ring for an LED tea light or LED puck and a cable channel
- Ziggurat crown (114 x 74 mm): five setbacks and a turned spire blended into the roof in one piece - no visible joint
Twist-lock bayonet: 3 lugs on the shade drop into the base and lock with a 22 degree twist. The crown sits in a V-groove on the shade rim.
Prints without supports: the relief is limited to 45 degrees, the windows are 45 degree lancet arches and every setback faces up. Relief edges are smoothed, so there is no stair-stepping.
