Recommended "best value for money" Setup - Motors:Emax Eco 2207 2400kV (~$40) - FC+ESC: Diatone Mamba (~$40) - Camera: Caddx Ratel 1.66mm (~$27) - VTX: AKK ultimate (~$20): - Receiver (~$18): Frsky r-xsr - Transmitter: I recommend the FrSky X7 ($115) there are some cheaper options for around $50, but I think in this case it is better to invest a bit more - FPV Googles ($50): Eachine EV800 the ev800 is enough to start flying. The screen quality is actually pretty good. And if, like me, you get Fatshark later you can keep the ev800 as a spectator google or detach the screen.

About the Design I took a shot at designing a printable FPV racing frame because I want to have a cheap "training" quad for racing practice with good component protection and the possibility to quickly print some spare parts when I need them. The design makes the quad as stiff as most carbon fames when printed with the right material. The weight turned out quite good (87g with hardware and w/o screws).Not much more than a regular carbon racing frame. I flew around 30 Packs so far without any issues. Crash resistance seems fine but i didn't have any really hard impacts yet. To get the necessary stiffness I used 20% carbon PET at 100% infill. Haven't tried other materials yet...
