Apache Mesa Camper King Bed Frame

I got the idea of the home depot shelf king bed frame from Inger Povlich from the Apache Camper Preservation Society. I created these 3d printed mounts to print without any support. My bed frame has alot of sag in the middle so the connector part might need to be customized to your bed end. Just send me a PM and I can make one to level your setup, or you can just print the "top 15-30" part use it on the bottom and shim it with what ever you have on hand to get the middle flat. I would recommend printing in a structurally sound material like petg or abs/asa, tough pla blend might also do the trick. Print with at least 4 walls and 8 top and bottom layers if printing with a 0.4 nozzle at 0.2 layer height. I used 30% gyroid infill, For the shelves I highly recommend buying during a holiday as they typically go for $20 off.
