Amiot Genoa T Track (32mm) Wagon (Car) Pulley (Sheave). Older Series.
por gnotarides en Thingiverse
The pulley for the older (90s) Amiot T Track Genoa Wagon, discontinued and not available in the market (as far as my research went). You have to remove the 12mm thick swaged solid pin first carefully with a drill (8mm Kobalt bit). Installed the printed pulley with an M12 x 90mm INOX A4 DIN 931 bolt.

Sobre este modelo
The pulley for the older (90s) Amiot T Track Genoa Wagon, discontinued and not available in the market (as far as my research went). You have to remove the 12mm thick swaged solid pin first carefully with a drill (8mm Kobalt bit). Installed the printed pulley with an M12 x 90mm INOX A4 DIN 931 bolt and nut, cutting the excess thread. This bolt has an adequate unthreaded part (around 4,5cm) that the pulley spins upon but the threaded part protrudes from the side of the wagon, after the nut and might be annoying. Also printed an M12 nut cover for protection. 100% infill, print preferably with PETG filament but ordinary PLA produces a strong result as well, 0,12mm thickness, printing speed about 80mm/sec. Did the curves as best as I could! Hope it sits well on the boat...
