Sobre este modelo

Boost MeThis model took weeks of design, prototyping and test printing. If you enjoy this project, a boost is the best way to support my work and help me create more original printable designs.Alebrije Cactus A toilet paper holder that blooms A multicolor saguaro inspired by Oaxacan alebrije folk art: flames, dots and zigzags with a hand-painted look, every colour printed in filament. There is a toilet paper roll inside. Unscrew the pot, drop in a roll and pull the paper up through the cactus. It comes out at the top like a flower, and every time you pull, a new paper flower blooms.

How it works

- • The cactus and its soil are one single piece, printed upright with no supports.

- • The soil screws into the pot with a printed thread.

- • Remove the cardboard tube and pull the paper from the centre of the roll: it slides up the cactus on its own, and the 16 mm opening holds it in place.

- • Fits any standard roll up to 130 mm wide and 105 mm high.

Printed in color Six colours on the cactus, Terracotta with three accent colours on the pot. The decorations are cut along the paint, so every edge stays sharp. A full illustrated assembly manual is included: a 5-page PDF. You can find it in the Documentation section below.
