Sobre este modelo
A clip that slides over the top edge of the glass and holds one to three airlines upright in push-in channels on the inside of the tank.
Airline tubing that hangs loose drifts across the glass. This holder slides over the top edge and each line pushes in through a 4.5 mm mouth into a 6.4 mm round channel: the channel guides the tubing without squeezing it. It hangs 25 mm down the inside of the glass and prints upside down with no supports.
What it fits
- Airline tubing with a 6 mm outside diameter (the common 4/6 mm size).
- Rimless glass 4, 6, 8 or 10 mm thick.
- One, two or three channels.
What you need
- PETG filament.
Files
- airline-holder_glass{4|6|8|10}mm_{1|2|3}tube.stl — twelve files: pick your glass and how many lines
Fitting
- Slide the holder over the glass edge by hand: it should go on with a light push.
- Push each airline in through the opening at the front of its channel.
Limits
- Drawn for a bare, square-edged glass; a plastic frame with a lip may get in the way.
- How firmly it grips the glass is not calculated.
How it was checked
Checked by simulation, not printed by us yet: the geometry is checked for fit (clearances), wall thickness against a 0.4 mm nozzle, bed size and overhangs. Loads are not simulated. If it does not fit, a comment with your measurements helps.
Safety
- Use PETG for parts that sit in the water.
