Airer Pulley

A replacement pulley wheel for a wall- or ceiling-mounted clothes airer. I made this part to replace a damaged original wheel; the white part in the photos is the broken original, and the black part is the 3D-printed replacement. The wheel is approximately 21.5 mm in diameter, with an axle approximately 7.5 mm in diameter. Please check these measurements against your airer before printing, as designs and fittings may vary. After removing the print supports, carefully file and smooth the support-contact areas, especially around the cord groove. Any sharp edges or rough spots could wear through or cut the cord.
