Adjustable phone holder for VW Golf 4

Combined two projects to create adjustable phone holder for VW Golf 4 inserted instead of blanks for switches on dashboard. The holes for screws are 4,80 mm so the screws can create their own threads. I've printed the "holder screw" as one on the build plate, because I wanted to print it in white color. The original one had those blocking pins that didn't fit into my Golf 4, so I removed some of them to make it fit. It's available in Golf 4 insert V3 without blocking pins.

Printing parameters: Layer height - 0.2mm Infill - 15% "holder screw": Infill - 40% It might be needed to use brim on "holder screw"

Assembly: - Insert holder base to left wing (it's best to use glue)

- Put holder screw into threaded hole in holder right wing and screw it in so the screw end will be able to go into hole on left wing

- Insert right wing to holder base and fit the end of the screw to the hole in left wing.

- Insert screw lock to left wing (pretty tight fit)

- Insert holder leg to left or right wing (you can insert two both into left and right wing, or left it without legs which is not recommended)

- Screw 2 M5x10 bolts to the Golf 4 insert from back, so the bolts will extend some from the holes in Golf 4 insert

- Insert the holder base holes to the bolts and holding the Golf 4 insert with the whole holder assembly screw the M5 bolts fully
