Adjustable iPhone Duo Holder for Herringbone Edge Phone Stand (Folded + Unfolded)

This is a modified Phone Holder Gear and a new Click-Stop Sliding Carriage designed to adapt the Phone Stand Herringbone Edge by Pork3D.com for the foldable iPhone Duo in both folded and unfolded modes, with or without a case.

Because the original stand uses the Standard Digital File License, only the modified holder gear and the new sliding carriage are included here. How It Works (2-Step + Click-Stop Slider)

- Lower Inner Step (Unfolded Mode, 5.2 mm bare up to 9.5 mm cased): Drops the phone 3.5 mm lower into the cradle with its own 16 mm tall front retaining lip so the thin unfolded screen sits deep and cannot tip forward.

- Upper Outer Step + Click-Stop Sliding Carriage (Folded Mode, 11.3 mm bare up to 17.0 mm rugged case): A captive dovetail slider moves along the upper shelf and clicks into 0.75 mm detents across a 12.0 mm travel range, letting you snug the front lip against any folded thickness or case.

- Widened Dual-Cradle Arms (110 mm outer span): Supports the 164.6 mm unfolded width without blocking the bottom USB-C port.

- Material: PLA or PETG

- Layer Height: 0.20 mm

- Walls / Perimeters: 3

- Infill: 15% Gyroid

- Supports: Print the slider flat with no supports. On the Phone Holder Gear, enable manual snug supports only under the two short horizontal dovetail rail roof sections (already pre-painted in the included .3mf project); do not put supports on the herringbone gear teeth.
