8/13/2020: ALL NEW VERSION - MAJOR REWORK - STILL COMPATIBLE WITH EARLIER RACKS/BASES I read all of your comments and listened :-) See description at the bottom for details about changes. This is a fully printable resin vat draining rack with height-adjustable vat holder and funnel systems. To adjust, loosen the lock bolt, slide the funnel or holder to the desired height, and re-tighten the lock bolt. The rack grooves mate with half-cylinders inside the vat holder (see CAD cross-section photo) when the locking bolt is tightened down, so there is no sliding once the weight of the vat is present. The holder is angled forward by 5 degrees to prevent resin from dribbling under the corner of the vat. The angle also maximizes stability by moving the center of gravity forward. This is very stable even when adjusted to the maximum height! The funnel is a separate item from the "car" it rides in. The ring in which the funnel sits is open on the end to aid in putting it in/out when the funnel is raised up close to the vat. There is a template that allows you to slide standard paint filters inside it, to aid in cutting them down the right size/shape to fit the funnel - very handy! 8/13/2020 revision details: - There is now no hardware or glue required to assemble the system. Print, slide the parts together, use. - The old funnel system was far too complicated. The funnel now sits inside a tapered ring that rides separately on the rack with its own locking bolt. Just move the "funnel car" down the rack and lift the funnel out for cleaning, placing/removing resin bottles, etc. - The funnel itself now has a smaller (25mm) OD neck, to fit inside smaller resin bottles. - Added a template that allows you to slide standard paint filters inside, then run your scissors along the arc to cut them down the right size/shape to fit the funnel. - The vat holder is now tilted at a 37 degree angle (instead of 45), bringing the vat's left/right center of gravity closer to the center of the base. This wasn't really an issue before (for me), but with the larger vats now hitting the market, it was a bit less stable. Since it's directional now, it's clearly labeled so you don't forget which way to place the vat. ;-) - Designed in a frame so that the FEP will sit 0.5mm away from the back of the holder - Updated to work with the Elegoo Saturn vat. - The base itself is more simplified and slightly beefier. The logo is moved off the bottom to make it easier to clean up resin spills. - The rack now includes a single-built-in support wall to help your printer bridge the opening where it mates with the base. If you forget to add supports here, hopefully your printer can still make this much shorter bridge. ;-) - Old bases/racks should be compatible with the new funnel system and vat holder - this geometry did not change.

Hope you enjoy the changes.
