Acoustic Phone Speaker

Acoustic Phone Speaker is a passive acoustic sound amplifier and desk stand designed for smartphones. Inspired by vintage gramophone horns, its funnel-shaped acoustic expansion channels the sound from your phone’s bottom-firing speaker, mechanically boosting volume and projecting clarity forward. Featuring an expansive horn bell (approx. 12 cm wide), it produces a richer, more directional sound while securely holding your phone at a comfortable viewing angle. Ideal for desk use, watching videos, listening to podcasts, or hands-free calls. v4: The slot has been made 85 × 16 mm so that most phones can fit, even with a case on such as iPhone 18 Pro Max. Thanks to the valuable feedback and contributions from @wptetlow, the phone holder slot has been widened to 85 × 16 mm, allowing phones with cases to fit easily. Small structural tweaks have also been made to prevent printing issues. The minimum support usage is achieved when rotated at X: 60° / Y: 40°. I haven't had the chance to test print it yet. Therefore, to save you time and material, it is strongly advised to carefully inspect your slicer preview before proceeding to the final print. I will do my best to implement any further feedback you share! In the end, you'll be amazed at how much louder your phone gets, and you'll definitely say it was well worth the long print time! Well, at least it's a long print time for my trusty old Ender 3V2! :) v3: Compacted design. v2 (Easy-Print Edition): An optimized update designed to eliminate the overhang issues found in v1. The revised geometry improves printability, drastically reducing the need for supports while delivering a smoother outer surface with minimal post-processing. v1 (Original Design): The initial version shown in the photo 03. When printed horizontally without supports, steep overhangs along the horn's lower curve can result in layer sagging and rough surfaces. If printing v1, it is recommended to orient the model vertically with the phone holder resting on the build plate and apply minimal supports around the steep transitions for a cleaner finish. Geometrisi ve eğim açıları optimize edilmiştir; böylece daha az destek gereksinimiyle (veya uygun yönlendirmeyle desteksiz) çok daha temiz, pürüzsüz ve hızlı bir baskı sunar. v1 (Orijinal Tasarım): Fotoğraflarda görülen ilk tasarımdır.
