The central flange makes the adapter easier to handle and provides additional strength. The internal passage transitions smoothly between the two hose sizes. Hose clamps are recommended to secure the hose and prevent leaks or the hose from coming off. 🖨 Recommended print settings Material: PETG recommended Layer height: 0.20 mm Walls: 4–6 perimeters Top/Bottom layers: 5+ Infill: 30–40% Supports: required for better quality Print orientation Print the adapter horizontally, with the hose connection running parallel to the build plate. This orientation gives the barbs and central body good dimensional accuracy and keeps the print easy to produce without supports. For larger adapters, increasing the number of walls to 6–8 can improve strength. 💧 Recommended materials PETG – recommended for general-purpose use and better toughness than PLA. ABS / ASA – suitable when higher temperature resistance is required. PP – excellent for flexible and chemically resistant applications if your printer supports it.
