A 4-into-1 filament joiner for external multi-spool setups. All five ports have 1/8" internal threads, so standard PC4-01 push-fit fittings screw straight in. The 2.8 mm channels suit 1.75 mm filament, and the 4 mm PTFE tubes plug into the fittings. A two-part clamp mounts it to the side of the printer or flat surface.
Needed:
- 5× PC4-01 fittings (4 mm tube, 1/8" thread)
- 4 mm OD PTFE tubing
- 4× M4 × 16 screws and 4× M4 nuts
- VHB tape
- Print the joiner standing on the wide face, with no supports.
- Use 0.12–0.16 mm layers and 4 walls.
- PETG or ABS recommended (dry the filament first).
