3D PROPS LAB – ILLUMINATED LED WALL SIGN | CLICK-FIT 3D PRINTABLE LOGO

A little gift for my partners, loyal customers, and everyone supporting 3D Props Lab!

I designed this illuminated wall sign for my own workshop and decided to share it with the community.

The sign is approximately 200 mm in diameter and features a glowing wireframe pistol, raised white 3D PROPS lettering, and contrasting red LAB letters.

Simple to print, easy to assemble, and powered by an inexpensive USB LED lamp!

📦 WHAT'S INCLUDED

Just 4 printable parts:

Main Sign – Black housing with an integrated illuminated wireframe design

Rear Cover – With a mounting hole for a standard wall screw

White Lettering – 3D PROPS

Red Lettering – LAB

The letters snap into dedicated slots in the main sign. No glue required!

💡 LED LIGHT

I used an inexpensive Bambu Lab-style RGB USB LED lamp (AG2560), available on AliExpress for approximately $3.

Diameter: 59.6 mm

Thickness: 9.3 mm

Power: USB 5V

Multiple selectable light colors

I personally chose cool white for the illuminated pistol, but you can experiment with other colors.

The lamp comes with double-sided adhesive tape for easy installation inside the housing.

🔧 ASSEMBLY

Snap the white and red letters into their dedicated slots.

Attach the LED lamp inside the housing using the included double-sided adhesive tape.

Route the USB cable through the opening.

Install the rear cover and secure it with two short pieces of 1.75 mm filament used as retaining pins.

Hang the sign on a standard wall screw and connect the USB power.

No screws or glue required for assembling the printed parts!
