3D Printed Electrical Switch/Lever

Materials: 2mm in diameter copper wire Super Glue Assembly Instructions: Step 1: Attach the lever to the clip on the case. Make sure it is securely connected. Step 2: Once the lever is attached, insert the flat end of the contact platform into the cutout on the left side of the case. Step 3: Make sure the contact platform is properly positioned and aligned with the case. Step 4: Place the string into the ridge on the contact platform and along the bottom of the case. Step 5: Apply super glue to the connection between the contact platform and the spring to hold them together. Step 6: Insert the electrical wire through the holes on either side of the case. There should be a small hole on the right side of the case and another hole underneath the contact platform. ⚠ Warning Print the contact platform using a more flexible filament, such as TPU. Using a rigid filament may cause the contact platform or its clip to break during assembly or use.
