This is a remix of the excellent 2020 Extrusion Cutting (sanding) Jig by k1-801. My 2020 profiles have sharp, square outer edges instead of the usual rounded corners, so the original jig didn’t fit. I modified the profile cutout so these profiles slide in properly. The rest of the design is unchanged and works exactly like the original: - Slide the jig onto the extrusion and fix it with M3 screws through the side holes (2 on neighbouring sides are enough).
- Use it as a reference plane to sand or grind the cut end flat and perpendicular.
